VI. Proposed Model For MEDITRUST-USA

A national health care program is inevitable, the only question is how it will be structured. One approach would be:

Each state in the union will have a board composed of:

2 physicians
2 nurses (M.S., B.S. or Ph.D. degrees)
3 Masters of Public Health personnel
2 lawyers/accountants

9 members total

Each county in each state will also have a 9 member board to administer the MEDITRUST-USA health care delivery for that specific county. This panel (board) will resolve:

1. Treatment Options
2. Peer to peer physician issues
3. Payment for goods and services
4. Monitor and resolve patient complaints
5. Ethical Issues
6. Patient treatment issues with the goal of resolving maloccurance incidents to eliminate lawsuits.
